How we mill your part
In five axes at once
Our Mazak Variaxis C-600 machines mill in five axes simultaneously. Complex shapes, angled faces and holes at an angle are made in as few setups as possible. That is more accurate, and it is faster.
Day and night
The milling machines stand on one automated line. The material is clamped in a vice beforehand, and a robot puts it in the machine, vice and all, and takes the finished part out again. At night and in the weekend as well. Read more about our robotics.
Measured, every time
Every tool is measured beforehand on the presetter, and in the machine touch probes measure afterwards. That is how you get the dimensions on your drawing. We are ISO 9001 certified, read more about our quality.
More than milling
In the same operation we drill and tap, and we mill threads. Does your part have turned features as well? We make those on our turn-mill machines.
Materials
We mill aluminium, stainless steel, steel, brass and aluminium bronze. See the materials.
Tolerances
Put your own tolerances on a PDF drawing with your 3D model. Without a drawing we make your part to the general tolerances of ISO 2768.
