How we assure the quality of your product
Measured tools
On the presetting device we measure the actual values of every tool. The program in the machining station is corrected for them.
Measuring in the machine
In the machines we work with measuring probes, to achieve dimensions within the tolerances you ask for.
Clear tolerances
No tolerance on your drawing? Then we make your product to the general tolerances of ISO 2768.
